By making a reservation, you automatically agree with our Terms and Conditions.
 
1.  This villa requires a 25% non-refundable deposit for your select dates. This will be applied to your balance.  The remaining 75% rental balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
2.  The rental rate does not include 13% Florida tax (7% state and 6% tourists) required by law.
3.  A $500 damage deposit will be placed on your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. This separate charge will be released upon complete inspection after departure, with no damage to our home.
4.  Pets are permitted but require an additional cleaning/damage fee $100 per week.
5.  Pool heat is an additional $25 per day $150 per week September through May.  Pool heat is not needed June thru August.
6.  No cleaning fee is charged if the unit is left reasonably clean, otherwise a $100 fee will apply.    There will be a cleaning fee of $100 on rentals less than 5 days.  This home is cleaned upon departure.
7.  This home has a unique time-sensitive keyless access code, which will only work during your stay.
8.  Your specific code along with directions will be emailed and/or mailed prior to your arrival.  Full payment, including damage deposit must be received prior to this information being released. 
9.  NO-SMOKING ALLOWED. 
10.  Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people (including children) required by law.
11.  Check-in is after 4pm, check-out is no later than 10am.
12.  RV's must be parked off site.
13.  You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
14. The villa is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Please care for our home as if it were your own.  Other people including ourselves want to enjoy all the amenities at Lucky Emerald.
